Giveaway Terms and Conditions
No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. To enter the giveaway, simply become a member of Health Site Guide. All you need is a nickname and password of your choice, your name and contact information, and your email for confirmation. Only one entry is allowed per email address. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries. Health Site Guide Inc. is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures or errors of any kind; lost or unavailable network connection; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions.
One winner of $250. (US) will be determined at a drawing from all new members registered during that one month period (From the first day to the end of the month). New members will not have a chance to win the prize in the months following the month they sign up. Prize winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the prize drawing. All prizes not claimed within six months will not be awarded. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.
Giveaway open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and family members of Health Site Guide Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. All taxes are the responsibility of winners. For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Health Site Guide Inc., Healthy Cash Giveaway, 55 Northern Blvd. Suite 408, Great Neck, NY, 11021. Allow two to three weeks for delivery of winners list. Void where prohibited by law.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited and/or restricted. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. In addition, all entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Health Site Guide Inc, and the officers and employees from and against any claims, damages or liability due to the awarding and receipt of the one monthly prize. Additionally, for purposes of these Official Rules, damages include but are not limited to those that cause harm stemming from the failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmission and/or network connections, inaccuracies in information which may be used with respect to the Giveaway, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing or submission of data entry or entries by contestants.
Health Site Guide Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this giveaway at any time. Giveaway sponsored by Health Site Guide Inc. Giveaway expires March 31, 2007.
