No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. To enter the giveaway, simply become a member of Health Site Guide. All you need is a nickname and password of your choice, your name and contact information, and your email for confirmation. Only one entry is allowed per email address. One winner of $250. (US) will be determined at a drawing from all new members registered during that one month period (From the first day to the end of the month). New members will not have a chance to win the prize in the months following the month they sign up. Prize winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the prize drawing. All prizes not claimed within six months will not be awarded. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.
Giveaway open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and family members of Health Site Guide Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. All taxes are the responsibility of winners. This Giveaway is void where prohibited and/or restricted. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
